The Mobilehome and Special Occupancy Parks Program adopts and enforces state regulations for the construction, use, maintenance, and occupancy of privately owned mobile homes and special occupancy (R.V., tent camps, etc.) parks throughout California, which assure owners, residents, and users protection from risks to their health and safety.
