Provides general library services, telephone reference services, large-print books, books on cassette and CD, videos, DVDs, cassettes, compact discs and free public access to the Internet. Also provides information and applications for the State Library’s Braille and Talking Books Programs. Items may be borrowed through any library and returned to any library.
